Position Summary:

The JLR administrator will be an I-CAR employee dedicated to supporting the JLR Collision Repair Training activities for its retailers and independent collision repair centers. The role would be working during the days/hours of the JLR corporate staff. Regardless of the work locale, it is to be a 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday. The JLR administrator will receive direction for day-to-day tasks from the Body Training Programs Lead at JLR and its management, with regular check-ins with their I-CAR Supervisor.

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

  • Properly represent I-CAR and its Core Values in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with I-CAR staff for I-CAR to deliver JLR courses per the JLR curriculum.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for JLR certified body shops in the US and Canada, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting for the JLR collision repair network, facilitating streamlined communication and data management.
  • Monitor student completions of collision training programs for compliance with JLR requirements.
  • Work closely with the audit team to enforce stringent quality guidelines, resulting in a highly compliant and efficient network.
  • Proactively track technician throughput, allowing for accurate forecasting of future class needs and ensuring a proper schedule.
  • As the primary contact, support and resolve Excellence LMS and issues with other JLR systems.

 

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one-year related experience required.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
