Position Summary:

The Principal, Licensing reports to the  AVP, Quality & Continuous Improvement and is responsible for managing the key processes and policies for the Training Alliance, Self-Delivery, and 3rd-party Delivery. The Principal, Licensing will work cross-functionally to assure protocols are administered and documented properly, processes are established and followed for licensed delivery, and gaps identified in quality audits are addressed on-time. The Principal, Licensing will ensure I-CAR products are consistently delivered in a safe and consistent learning environment.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage and communicate Licensing Policies for all Licensing types (Training Alliance, Self-Delivery, 3rd-party delivery)
  • Conduct webinars and follow communication plan with licensing partners.
  • Work with the AVP, Quality & Continuous Improvement to create a licensing strategy that aligns with I-CAR overall strategy
  • Create and follow SOPs in support of Policies
  • Streamline contracts for all forms of Licensing to reference policy documents.
  • Be the operational point of contact for all licensing partners
  • Work with Licensing partners to address any corrective actions for non-conformances identified in audits
  • Resolve licensing issues with student records
  • Communicate effectively with management, I-CAR staff, and clients.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Collision Repair inter-industry, Quality or related field required.
  • Experience with I-CAR training programs a plus.
  • Preferred experience utilizing critical QMS systems and tools (ISO 9001 auditing, root cause analysis, documentation control, corrective action, complaint management).
  • Experience in standards writing/development is a plus.
  • Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:
    • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
    • Experience working in Salesforce environment or equivalent CRM system is a plus
