Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for Operational tasks required by the business and for facilitating discussions that will aid and influence organizational decisions.  The ideal candidate possesses deep experience working with data, including the creation of analyses, and using reporting findings to drive organizational change. The Operations Analyst will complete all work under the direction of the Manager, Business Operations.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work cross-functionally to discuss, continually improve, and maintain KPI metrics, and data visualizations.
  • Work cross-functionally to aid in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization Sales & Operations Planning process.
  • Develop analyses, share insights from results, discuss potential recommendations, and assist with action plans to successfully drive business outcomes.
  • Assess existing reporting processes and identify new enhancements and improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems and automate processes whenever applicable.
  • Proactively identify, initiate, and actively participate in process improvement discussions at organizational and departmental levels. 
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with stakeholders within the organization to leverage Operational responsibilities.
  • Conduct other analyses for organizational process improvements as required.

 

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to concisely convey key findings at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to respond clearly to questions is required.
  • Ability to identify business risks and take action to consider alternative processes and procedures.
  • Complete assignments in a thorough, accurate and process aligned manner.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on deadlines is required.
  • Experience with data mining and working with large data sets.
  • Strong communication skills, solid soft skills (influence, emotional intelligence).
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory.
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience using Smartsheet is preferred.
  • MS Access, and business intelligence software skills are highly desired

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or appropriate field required.
  • At least two years of data analysis and business experience required.
