Job Summary:
The Principal Data Analytics and Insights is responsible for the development and execution of a core data strategy focused on executing business intelligence and transforming data into actionable insights that inform strategies and decision making. The Principal Data Analytics and Insights will work in collaboration with cross functional leaders to understand past/present/future data capture/storage/reporting, working to turn existing data insights into intelligence-driven products. They will own the roadmap for future data products, influencing technology decisions and supporting all product lines to improve the accuracy, consistency, and automation around the delivery of business intelligence objectives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams through the development processes to deliver and launch customer-focused data products that achieve the objective of driving industry and business value through data-driven insights.
The Principal Data Analytics and Insights is responsible for championing the use of insights that will direct our organization’s efforts towards decisions, innovations and initiatives with the highest impact including:

Owning the data product portfolio, and driving the business case for insight driven product ideas from concept to completion

Delivering complex analyses, key reports, and dashboards for tracking KPIs and product performance metrics

Identifying key value propositions and plan, do, check, adjust activities around the identification and performance to key metrics

Working cross functionally to ensure all product initiatives deliver value to our customers and achieve revenue targets

Capturing omni-channel customer feedback and recommending actions

Creating and monitoring product dashboards and making recommendations

Conducting periodic checks on execution quality and product line specific initiatives to address variances in KPIs
Primary Job Responsibilities

Owning the portfolio roadmap incorporating advanced analytical techniques such as stakeholder segmentation and predictive modeling to provide increasing value to industry stakeholders

Collecting and implementing customer and internal stakeholder requirements to develop robust 1-3-5-year product plans

Synthesizing data analysis and results into compelling storylines used to influence key stakeholders and guide business decisions.

Participating in voice of customer sessions and prioritizing iteration according to value proposition

Performing data analysis in service of delivering trended reports

Working across product lines so that products and programs are built with data solutions for customers in mind. Identify data to be collected for measuring the success of new products and features.

Democratizing data and insights to deliver self-service tools to partners, enabling them to make better decisions more quickly

Owning go-to-market coordination working with cross functional stakeholders to develop training, sales-kit material, marketing content and internal readiness plans

Understanding the collision repair industry and its segments, anticipating needs and gaps which data and insights can fill

Monitoring market trends and needs and responding accordingly by recommending appropriate countermeasures

Executing product decisions within data and insights product portfolio to support business objectives

Establishing, building, and maintaining key internal and industry relationships.

Knowledge and application of the 4P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) of Marketing
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum 5 years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence and/or data product delivery desired.

Experience in creating software and solutions for the collision repair industry or the adult education product space strongly desired.

Proficiency in data visualization development (e.g., Power BI)

Salesforce experience preferred
