Job Summary

The Senior Associate  is responsible for managing I-CAR’s relationships with Network customers. They work with Segment Development to keep customers satisfied by aligning appropriate resources around project management, strategic planning, sales support, service application, delivery, and marketing.

 

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Accountable for I-CAR’s Go-To-Market strategy
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Identifies opportunities to grow I-CAR’s business
  • Accountable for Lead Reviews on new opportunities  
  • Participates in the Sales process when requested, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
  • Responsible for fulfilling customer purchases
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with their customers
  • Services multiple customers at the same time
  • Meets set deadlines
  • Communicates customers’ needs and demands interdepartmentally
  • Tracks customer account metrics, meeting established KPIs
  • Coordinates activities with cross functional team members working on the same customer, to ensure consistent high-quality service
  • Provides BDP’s with RFP and required sales material and collateral
  • Prepares materials and participates in quarterly business reviews for respective customers
  • Informs respective segment BDMs of the status of relationships and program strength
  • Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction with all purchases and interactions with I-CAR
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and participate in process improvement events and activities

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or at least 5 years in one of I-CAR’s Industry Segments, contributing to the success of I-CAR within their company
  • Moderate experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic of understanding of Salesforce
  • A strong background in Sales and understand the selling process
  • A solid technical background in information technology and various types of e-learning platforms
  • A solid understanding of I-CAR and its relationship to each of the Inter-Industry Segments, and would preferably have worked on an I-CAR committee or in a Committee support capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to improve team engagement and harmony between functions and teams
  • A reputation for being team oriented, approachable and willing to listen to others
  • Preferably, experience working in a Lean environment of continuous improvement while eliminating waste
